Are We There Yet?

I would like the let the record show that today instead of hoping on a train and traveling around Ireland, I decided to be a good student and work on my history project... which entailed walking all around Dublin. So really I got to see more of the city and make Donny and Urka proud at the same time.

The plan was for Sof, Andrew (who we call Babez) and Chris to go to Kilmainham gaol (jail), the National Museum of Ireland, Merrion Square, and O'Connell Street to get pictures and information we needed for our Project.
The plan kind of worked.
We started off at Kilmainham and set off from there to the museum but somehow wound up at the Irish National War Memorial Gardens.. Which was another place we needed to go anyway so we considered ourselves lucky, and it was a beautiful day so we took our time and walked around.

We saw where the Queen was when she visited and Sof and I decided to show ABC another spot for the Bachelorette proposals.

After the Gardens we headed to the museum... or so we thought... Somehow we ended up near Phoenix Park. I know most of you have no idea what that means... but let me break it down this way... we weren't even close to where we needed to be.

Babez and Chris ended having to leave for class so Sofia and I headed to the museum and Merrion Square to see the Oscar Wilde statue and then called it a day.
It was a lot of walking, but the weather was nice to us, so it was a day well spent!
And now to rest my feet...

Until Tomorrow...
Cheers,
   Becca :)
